I almost missed this Red-tailed Hawk but once again, Teresa saw him. I guess he was looking for his Thanksgiving lunch.

Happy Turkey Day

My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving Day. I am so thankful for life, family and so much more. I am actually not a big fan of the turkey .. I much prefer beef. In fact, for the last few years I have been cooking a beef tri-tip and my son has cooked a turkey. it works. Have a great day. (I wrote this on thanksgiving day but it will go live the day after .. hope you had a great thanksgiving).

“They Are Still There …”

We were hiking on the bike trail south of Piqua when we saw a couple deer. We just waited and this one looked around the tree .. I guess checking to see if we were still there.
