It has been a while since we photographed a Tufted Titmouse. We had not put any wild bird food in this feeder for a while and added some a few times this week. I guess it attracted this titmouse.

The Northern Cardinal connects with so many people. I feel connected to them at a deep level. It is more than the vibrant red. If the only bird photos I could take were just cardinals I would be happy.

This is a Northern House Wren. It looks very simular to the carolina wren. In face, when I shot this photo that is what I thought it was. Once I saw the photo I knew I was wrong.

I was super excited to see this Belted Kingfisher but the photo didn't turn out to be great. I hope I get to see another one soon. We have not seen many this year.
