I thought we had seen our last Killdeer of the season when two of them showed up this week .. for a day. I guess it was a food stop on the journey south.

We are still seeing a few butterflies but this may be the last Pearl Crescent of 2025 for us. Normally when we see one of them we see many. This one was alone. Good bye my friend.

Mourning Doves are so photogenic. When I look backk at the photos I have taken of them they are almost all beautiful photos.
