I have taken so many photos ofmonarch butterflies recently. Maybe I should just share them in a single post .. they are so beautiful. We should not see many more. It's time for them to depart and heat south.

This Tennessee Warbler is likely passing through as she heads south. I have seen more than on this past week but this photo is the best I could capture.

I have photographed many Eastern Tailed Blue this year but never at this angle. How cool.

I used several tools to identify this bird and they all say it is a Chestnut-sided Warbler. I don't buy it. If it is, it is a juvenile. Any thoughts?

This is an Eastern Comma butterfly. Do you see the comma on the wings? I am sure we won't see another comma this fall but we will see. The weather has been warmer and the butterflies havr been super active.
