Christmas Hiking

On Christmas morning Teresa and I took a hike along the Miami River. We saw a couple Great Blue Herons but it was too late to get a photo .. and I didn't have my big camera. The sunrise was beautiful.

Move Right, Please

This beautiful Northern Cardinal was on the trail for a while, but as we approached he flew into this tree. The tree was not helpful, but it is still cool.

Relaxing

I am not sure how you celebrate this holiday, but I plan to relax. I may take a hike but for the most part it will be time to rest and take it all in. We spent some time with family over the weekend. Wishing each of you a special day. Merry Christmas.

Don’t Move …

I had fun trying to get a good photo of this Red-bellied Woodpecker. He kept going behind the limbs and making it hard to get a decent photo. This was the best photo I captured of him.
