Another happy couple. I shared a photo of a pair in a feeder a few days ago. This pair is about 3 miles from that location but I am sure its a differnet pair. THey look like happy Northern Cardinals.

It is farily common for us to see a cardinal at this feeder. Seeing both a male and a female at the same time .. more rare for us.

Isn’t She Lovely
I saw this female Northern Cardinal near the Great Miami River one day this past week. There was several males too, but as hard as I tried, I could not capture a photo of any of them.

Mommy Cardinal
I think this is an interesting photos. This is a female Northern Cardinal. She was framed by these tree branches and the lighting was really not good .. but I think that is that makes it a unique set of photos.
