Connecting Sounds

It does not matter how long I have been photographing birds, there's always something new to learn. I thought I know the song of the Field Sparrow but there was this song I have heard for a while and was not sure what it was. This past weekend, I connect that song to the field sparrow. I don't know how I missed this, but here is the call of the field sparrow: Field Sparrow Song.

Snow

I am not a fan of April snow. I mean, I want some warm weather when we can spend more time in the sun. This is nuts. Even this Song Sparrow looks a little upset by the weather.

Little Sparrow, Big World 🐦✨

This Song Sparrow may look big in ths photo but she is so small. Small but not insignificant. If you were a small bug and saw this coming at you .. well, that would be significant.
