Beautiful Mallard Family

I photographed this Mallard family while hiking last week. I don't know where dad was, but since the mallard is monogamous, I assume he was nearby. What a beautiful family.

Teresa and I captured these photos this week. It was a hot day, but that does not stop the bees. If the rain stops, we will joing them in the great outdoors.

This must be the week for the American Goldfinch. We have seen a few this year, but this week took it to another level. I had to share a couple photos.

These are photos that we both shot. It has been a lot of fun.

Wow!

I love the Red Admiral Butterfly. The colors were stunning. While it is a good photo, it just does not captured the intensity of the colors are. It has been months since I last saw one of these. All I could do was capture this photo and utter the simple word, "Wow".
