Yesterday the blue was not visible in the male ducks, but today there is more blue in the male Eastern Bluebird. This couple seemed to be enjoying the warmer weather.

This made my day. We were hiking when I heard an Eastern Towhee nearby. After locating him, and getting a good photo (actually the 3rd photos above), he followed us around for the next mile. I guess I was intruding on his turf.
