Drop Zone

I was standing on the bridge over the Stillwater River at Stillwater Prairie Reserve when I saw this Carolina Chickadee. As I approached the end of the bridge, she was sitting in nearby tree. As I attempted to take a photograph she dropped to the ground. I figured I missed the shot .. but check this out. I love it.

Chickadee …

When I spoited this little guy I was sure it was a Carolina Chickadee. After I looked closer, I decided it was actuallky a Black-capped Chickadee. I am still not sure, but cute, regardless.
