This Downy Woodpecker was only about 20 feet away from me ... and didn't seem to care that I was so close. I sure enjoyed the expereince.

It was great to see this Painted Lady butterfly. The temp was in the mid-50s so it was a total surprise. I am guessing this will be the last one we see this year.
