We are still seeing a few butterflies, even on the colder mornings. This Monarch was sure enjoying the wild flowers.

Even when they are in the shadows the American Goldfinch are beautiful. They are taking centerstage right now since they have not left for their flight south. I think we saw 15 to 25 of them just after snappping this photo.
