Feathered and Fabulous

I was surprised that the Myrtle Warblers were still around. They are super active but this one was kind and gave me time for this photo. Thanks, dude.

Hanging Out With The Nuts

This is a female Yellow-rumped Warbler. I think it is the a Myrtle species. There was several of them but they are migrating so will not be here long.

A Yellow Rump 😬

DSC_6738.jpeg

We saw this Yellow-rumped (Myrtle) warbler while hiking earlier this week. Actually there was several of them, but gettig a good photograph turned out to be a challenge. They were super active.

This photo was taken at Charleston Falls Preserve. We heard a lot more birds than we were able to photograph. It was still a beautiful day for hiking.
