Bring On The Energy
The day I took this photo the temperatrue was 7°F. When we added some black oil sunflower seeds to the mix the birds went crazy. This dark-eyed Junko and the sparrow were so excited for some high-energy food that they seemed to line up to refuel.

Crumb Snack
I had to replace the Suet cake and some crumbs fell on the feeder below it. So funny that this Downy Woodpecker found the crumbs.

Dinner Time
We always put a little bird seed on the ground when we fill the feeder. The White-throated Sparrows .. well all the sparrows, seem to like to eat off the ground.
