Another Cat

This is not perfect, but it is the best photo I have taken of a Gray Catbird in a long time. It seems that every time I have seen one this year they are in the shadows and the lighting is poor. I am very happy with this photo.

A Yellow Dot

It was a long shot: from where we were standing all we could see was a small yellow dot in a distant tree. I use all of my camera's zoom to get this photo. It turned out better than I expected. What a beautiful Common Yellowthroat.

Nutty

When I took this photo I didn't notice it was a White-breasted Nuthatch. I usually see them on the side of some large tree in a vertical climb .. not this time. 😂
