This is the Stillwater River last week after some heavy rainfall. The photo really does not capture the energy in the river. It was powerful to watch.

We visited family in Utah this weekend. I workout early in the morning, even when traveling. Since I didn't have gym access, I used ‘bands’ for resistance training, and then to complete my workout, I took 2 to 3 mile hikes ... well, call it outdoor walks.
These photo were taken on one of those hikes at about 5:45A using the dark mode on my iPhone. I wish I didn't have the street and house lights, but I believe it adds to the photos. If you look closer you can see the stars. I love the mountains.
