Hey, I Was Here First

I captured this photo while Teresa and I were hiking near the Stillwater River this week. It is not the first time we have seen mulitple insects on the same plant, but it is always intersting.

Nature is full of surprises. Every hike brings new and special experiences. Some can be captured in a photo. Life is good.

Curves, Bridges and Waterfalls

Teresa captured this photo while we drove the Road to Hana. So many falls.

The second photo was on the back of a t-shirt I saw on a guy in the aiport last night. The fine print includes these fun facts:

  • 617 curves (many hairpin curves)
  • 56 bridges
  • 52 miles
  • 3 hours

A very though drive!

As I type this, I am setting in the aiport in Minneapolis waiting for a flight to Dayton. Fun.

Leaf Decay

My, What Big Feet You Have

Gone Fishing?

No, we didn’t go fishing in the normal sense. Teresa capture this photo from a bridge over a small creek at Glenn Helen. It seemed like a large fish for such a small creek, but there it was. Great photo.
