A Hiding Jay

This Blue Jay was not only loud, but fun to watch. He would fly to the ground, pick up some food items, then back to the tree. That went on for a long time. Cute.

Natures Color Palette

The colors of the Eastern Bluebird are stunting. You can see the brown tones in the underside and the blues in the wings, back and head in these two photos. They fly like a blue streak and leave an impression on the bystander. Yes, more of natures amazing beauty.

The Other Tanager

Since starting this photo blog, I have posated a few photos of the Scarlet Tanager. Every one of those is of the male. They are this beautiful scsarlet red with black wings. I finally captured a photo of a female. They are YELLOW. How about that. Beautiful bird!
