Finally, a cool morning. We did have some drizzle, but that did not keep us indoors.

We saw these to Red-winged blackbirds on opposite sides of the road at Garbry Big Woods. The one on the left is a male. He didn’t seem to interested in the female on the right. She was more interested in what he was doing. At least that is how I saw it. 😱

The Colors Make This Photo

This Red-winged Blacbird was only 10 feet away from me, so this is a great photo. The lighting was not perfect. It was a very clear day, and the sun position relative to me and my camera was not perfect, but I love this photo. The colors are wonderful.
