This is a Northern House Wren. It looks very simular to the carolina wren. In face, when I shot this photo that is what I thought it was. Once I saw the photo I knew I was wrong.

This House Wren seemed to want his photo taken. He moved around a little, but never flew away. We took a few photos, then we moved on .. she stayed.
