It’s a deer party

I know there was more of them .. it was a deer party 🎉. You only see seven in the 2nd photo and five in the other shot, but I counted nearly a dozen. I’m not really sure how many, but at one point I just saw white tales heading south. They stopped, and I managed to capture these photos. They were a good 100 meters away.

A horse is a horse, of course ...

I don’t take a lot of photographs of horses, but these two captured the attention of our lens. Teresa took the top photo, and I took the one on the bottom. It was still very cold outdoors, but they didn’t seem to mind .. and didn’t mind us taking these photos.

Sunset on the ice

Teresa captured this sunset on Sunday evening. The frozen water on the field, the distant trees, and the light clouds really made for a gorgeous sunset.

The morning dew

Teresa took this amazing photo earlier this fall. The water droplets really make this a cool photo. It was early in the morning, and it was cloudy, but it really didn’t matter for this photo .. I love it.

Spring can’t come soon enough!

This is another photo from last spring. I took this while we were hiking at Yosemite National Park. It was a cool morning, near perfect for hiking. We hiked for about three hours, which is not that far, but it was so beautiful. I am so ready to go back!

Speaking of hiking .. it’s been over a week since I have been able to get out and take a hike. This weather has been nuts. Snow, cold, then rain .. wow. I know many of you love winter, but for me, spring can’t come soon enough.
