This American Tree Sparrow was interestred in us .. for a while anyway. Tree Sparrows always seem to be more willing to check us out.

I took these photos before the recent snowfall. The \[American Robin\](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_robin) is really interesting. We have them here in Ohio year around. The show up everywhere .. in the cities and towns, as well as out were we hike. I am often surprised they are not our state bird. \~ Rick

This is a Downy Woodpecker. It is a male. The female does not have the red crown on the head. The downy is a very samll woodpecker. In fact, I read that is is the smallers woodpecker in North America.
