You can’t see it in this photo, but this is what I saw when I zoomed (I mean really zoomed in .. they were way out there. I also took the second shot from a different angle):
I really do not know the full story, but allow me to speculate: It appears the person in the kayak is towing the individual in the boat. If you zoom in, it is clear that the lady in the second boat is on her mobile phone. Perhaps she is his trainer and he is listening to her commands as she calls out, “Stroke, Stroke.” What do you think?
