Those Eyes

Wow, this is a Brown Thrasher. Over the last few years I have only photographed a few of them. Teresa spotted him first. Once I caught up, I expected him to take off, but he just looked back at me and I am sure he laughed. THey are such a beautiful bird. I was hoping he would turn around but no such luck.

Yet One More Try …

I have been struggling to capture a good photo of a male Eastern Bluebird for weeks. I have seen many of them, but the photos have been really bad. I have not seen any female Eastern Bluebirds. This one is fariy good .. I love the colors of this bird.

The Green Hornet .. I mean Heron

This was a surprise. I was driving through Garbry Big Woods Reserve when I spotted this Green Heron. To took off so I stopped the car to see if I could find him for a photograph. Lucky for me, he didn't go far.
