Peek color is coming fast ...

FullSizeRender.jpg

This is about 2 weeks from perfect. We are seeing some good color this year. I expect peek color to happen in a couple weeks. Get out there and take some photos ... not a lot of fall left!

Nature recycles!

IMG_1016.JPG

Nature is the ultimate recycler. Teresa took those photo of this down tree while we were hiking yesterday.

Yes, it’s just a fallen tree. What does Mother Nature do ... make it home for fungus and other life.

Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Bottoms-up!

FullSizeRender.jpg

We took a nice hike at Englewood MetroPark yesterday. I loved watching these ducks. They were really having a good time grabbing some breakfast. The video below had more photos and video from our hike.

Just a Hairy dude ..

FullSizeRender.jpg

This is not a perfect photo, but I love it. He was not easy to spot, but I love this photo. I believe this is a hairy woodpecker, but feel free to correct me if you don’t agree.

This is the video we posted yesterday. We hiked at Taylorsville MetroPark again, but this time at the North and South location. Enjoy
