Hiking Local Falls

Teresa and I hiked at Charleston Falls Preserve this week. The weather was not great, but it is beautiful right now. The only thing wrong with that photo is the bland sky.

I really need to take the drone down there and fly. This would have been the perfect day since we did not see many other hikers. Maybe next time.

A Triple

We drove the Road To Hana (Maui) today. We didn’t finish the entire drive, but we saw some beautiful places. The landscape is so lush. I can’t express the beauty of the Koʻolau Forest Reserve.

This is the Upper Waikani Falls. It’s difficult to find parking, so we had a little walk. It was sure beautiful.

Scenic falls

I took this photo while Teresa and I hiked Hocking Hills recently. I love this view. I had to wait for people to clear the bridge, but they did, and I was able to capture this beautiful scene.

Melting snow

This photo was taken a couple of days after our last big snow fall. The snow was melting, and the streams, creeks and rivers were full. This water has made it’s way to the Great Miami River, and will make it’s way to the Ohio River, Mississippi and the Golf. Life is one continuous circle. 

We are on west coast time .. or will be later today. We spent the night in Salt Lake and plan to visit family before heading West.
