Spring Fever?

It’s spring … not really, but Monday felt like spring. Teresa and I took a nice, long hike: no coats, just camera gear and new found sun energy. It was beautiful. The temperature was near 60°F and the sky was blue with some light clouds when I took this photo. Spring fever has arrived.

Small Pond, Great Hike

This is a small pond is located in the Rangeline Road portion of the Stillwater Prairie Reserve. I don’t think as many people hike here as at the main reserve. It’s worth a visit and a hike! It’s a small pond, but a great hike! Do it sometime.

Still Waters

Teresa captured this shot earlier this week. This is the Stillwater River. I really think this is one of my favorites spots. Its just off Rangeline Road. It is always peaceful.

Hiking We Will Go …

I wanted to share this photo from earlier this week. This is from Charleston Falls Preserve. I love the ‘lines’ in this photo. The trees are cool too, but we all know I have a thing for trees. I guess I have said that a few times. Stay warm!!!
