Winter moon and some ice

Over the weekend, Mother Nature dropped some ice and snow on us. I woke up early Sunday and took a drive to get a few pre-dawn photos. The first photo is of the moon. The second is of downtown Piqua. There was no traffic, so I pulled over and stood in the middle of the road, facing south and took the second photo. The street crew removed the heavy snow, but left behind this nice layer of ice. It was beautiful in a winter sort of way.

A little hope ..

Getting Old

I love old Barns. Teresa took this photo this fall. If you take a drive through farm country it’s common to see old barns, getting older. Very cool.

It’s about to snow ... it looks like last weekend on steroids. Be safe.

Colors on the lake

The little things

It was a hot summer day, and we were visiting family. This location is just outside of Marrow, Ohio. This is not a special bridge but I love what it adds to the photo. It’s a little thing ... but those little things make life better.

Life has finally back to normal. It has been a very difficult 5 weeks for our family. I will blog about it soon but let’s just say this: Hug those you care most about daily and tell them how much you love them.
