Flowers of Summer

This photo is from this past summer. I am getting out less right now due to the rain and a lot of family activity. Sometimes looking back at older photos brings back memories of a warmer day.

Messy and complicated

Life can get very complicated at times. This photo has some interesting features. The leaves are still not fully colored ..some are even green. The background has the blur that is so cool. There is that small twig in front of the tree. The unfocused parts of this photo remind me of the complications we sometimes encounter in life. It’s just messy.

A thin sheet of ice on a cold pond

Nutty Squirrel

We saw this large squirrel while hiking on Saturday. I was surprised to see a him, but he rushed off and found a warmer spot under a fallen tree. Nutty squirrel. 😳
